Carrot salad

You will need:
2 large carrots
1 clove of garlic
salt, pepper, parsley, coriander (optional)
1 sour cream
50 g walnuts
Procedure:
Grate the carrot coarsely, chop the walnuts, press the parsley and garlic and add salt, pepper and cream. We mix. We will decorate according to fantasy.
Carrots – neutral in nature, sweet taste. Tropism – spleen, liver, lungs.
Effects: replenish the liver, improve eyesight, digest food, strengthen the spleen, and stop
coughing.
Walnuts – warm nature, sweet taste. Tropism – kidneys, lungs, large intestine. Effects: replenish the essence of the kidneys, soothe shortness of breath, moisturize the intestines.
Garlic – Property – Pungent, warm; spleen, stomach, lung and large intestine meridians entered.
Actions – Resolve swelling, arrest diarrhoea, remove toxicity and kill parasites.
Indications – Scabies, swelling and boils, dysentery, diarrhoea, ancylostomiasis, enterobiasis, tuberculosis.
Cations – It is contraindicated for oral taking in case of yin deficiency with effulgent fire and people with eye disease or tooth disease or tongue disease or throat disease.
