Carrot & Raisin Salad
This time I would like to introduce you to an ordinary carrot popular on business trips. Once you make it, you can eat it little by little every day. Carrots are a strong ally of women and modern people. The main thing is said to be medicinal, healthy in the gastrointestinal tract, hydrates and hydrates the body. It is a food that women want to eat every day, not to mention those who have symptoms such as dry skin, anaemia, dizziness and insomnia. It is ideal for people who tend to use their eyes excessively, so please follow the recipe.
We need:
(for about 2 people)
1 large (or 2 small) carrot
1/4 onions
1 piece (OK without it)garlic
dried raisins, (cranberries, goji, etc.) … about 2 tablespoons. If you like.
2 tbsp olive oil
2 pinches salt and pepper
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
Dried parsley … appropriate amount
Procedure:
Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces and cut the carrots into small pieces with a slicer. Add olive oil and mix. Cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave for 1 minute. By heating in the microwave, the spicy taste of onions and carrots will be softened, making it easier to eat. If you don’t use the microwave, sprinkle some salt on it and let it sit until it’s soft. Add your favourite raisins, sugar, lemon juice and dried parsley and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste and you’re done. If you leave it in the refrigerator for a while, the taste will stain.
Can be stored refrigerated for about a week. Please try it as a side dish or appetizer when you have one more dish.
