Tofu & Rice noodle soup
Tofu and rice noodle soup is a nutritious and delicious dish that is popular in many Asian cuisines. It is a versatile recipe that can be customized to suit individual tastes and preferences.
You will need:
tofu firm
apple cider vinegar
brown sugar
tamari
soy sauce
4 garlic
1/4 water
olive oil
green onions
yellow curry paste
rice noodles
baby spinach
cherry tomato
1l vegetable broth
snow peas
Preparation:
Soak the glass rice noodles in hot water until soft, then drain. Cut the tofu into cubes. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, tofu, apple cider vinegar, sugar, tamari, garlic and water for at least 30 minutes.
Start by sautéing yellow curry paste and green onion with olive oil. Add broth, snap peas, halved tomatoes and baby spinach. Add the drained rice noodles to the pot. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the golden tofu, garlic and some sauce. Add tofu to the pot. Enjoy!
Brown sugar – Property – Sweet, warm; liver, spleen and stomach meridians entered.
Actions – Tonify the spleen and stomach, soothe the liver, and activate blood.
Indications – Dry mouth, vomiting, weakness with dysentery with bloody stool, postpartum lochiometra.
Cautions – It is contraindicated in the case of phlegm-damp.
Garlic – Property – Pungent, warm; spleen, stomach, lung and large intestine meridians entered.
Actions – Resolve swelling, arrest diarrhoea, remove toxicity and kill parasites.
Indications – Scabies, swelling and boils, dysentery, diarrhoea, ancylostomiasis, enterobiasis, tuberculosis.
Cations – It is contraindicated for oral taking in case of yin deficiency with effulgent fire and people with eye, tooth, tongue, or throat disease.
Tomato fruit – Property – Sweet, sour, slightly cold.
Actions – Promote the secretion of saliva, relieve thirst, strengthen the spleen and promote digestion.
Indications – Thrist and poor appetite.
