Whether you prefer the familiar taste of white flour or are eager to try something new, the options for creating delicious Christmas cookies are endless.

You will need:

250 g oatmeal
4 apples
raisins
2 tablespoons maple syrup,
coconut
1/2 teaspoon cocoa
cardamom
cinnamon
ground cloves
1/2 lemon
salt

Procedure:

Grate the apples and toast the coconut. Finely chop the raisins. Mix everything. If the apples have released more water, add the flakes. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes so that the flakes swell. Shape the dough into cookies, place on baking paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C. Enjoy these homemade oatmeal cookies as a healthy and satisfying treat that combines the natural goodness of oats, fruit, and spices. They are perfect for a pleasant afternoon snack or a sweet treat after every meal.
