I would like to introduce you to the “Strawberry Risotto with Oatmeal”, which you should definitely make at this time when I can get delicious strawberries at a reasonable price! It is often thought of as a “winter” because demand increases for Christmas, but was originally the “spring” season for strawberries from March to May. A simple but delicious dessert risotto that is a little fashionable. It can be made in 10 minutes, so it is recommended for busy mornings, remote work lunches, and snacks when you are hungry. Strawberries are also rich in nutrients, such as vitamin C and polyphenols. Combined with fibre-rich oatmeal, it becomes the strongest dietary detox food.

You will need:

50 g strawberry
2/3 cup soy milk or oat milk
1/3 cup oatmeal
1 tablespoon brown amazake rice
one strawberry with a garnish

Procedure:

Soak the oatmeal in soy milk. Amazake is a traditional Japanese porridge or drink. There are a lot of recipes and in Japan, mothers cook them for young children just like you can buy them at a vending machine on the street. Wash and mix the strawberries with brown amazake rice in a paste mixer, place in a small pan and heat. When cooking, keep the flame to a minimum and cook for about three minutes. When it thickens, turn off the fire. Mix with strawberry paste and leave only a small amount. Put in a bowl, put the rest of the strawberry paste on top, cut and garnish with strawberries. Oatmeal and fermented amazake are also recommended ingredients for spring.

At the turn of the season, spring is a time when various detoxifications are likely to occur. Let’s enjoy spring well while caring for the liver well.
